David Sunday received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Penn State University in 2002. Attorney Sunday graduated from Widener Law School in 2007. Upon graduation from law school he worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph C. Adams in the York County Court of Common Pleas. He then joined the York County District Attorney’s Office as a Deputy Prosecutor in July of 2009 and was promoted to Senior Deputy Prosecutor in June of 2010.
Prior to Law School, Attorney Sunday spent four years in the Navy including a tour in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Strike. He also participated in numerous counter-narcotics operations in the Caribbean and South America. After graduating from Penn State, Attorney Sunday worked as a corporate finance analyst and then as a finance and accounting supervisor at UPS Inc.
During law school Attorney Sunday captained the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and was chosen for a legal clerkship at the United Nations Office of the Secretariat in New York. Specifically he was assigned to the Peacekeeping Division.
