OVERVIEW: The King County Department of Community and Health Services (DCHS) is releasing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified consultant to help set up and manage a Community Partners Table (Table) of the Affordable Housing Committee (Committee). By partnering with the Community Partners Table, the Committee strives to take a more thoughtful, strategic implementation approach, rooted in the equity principle that communities who are historically excluded and most negatively affected communities—including cost-burdened Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)—have the right to inform and shape efforts to eliminate housing cost burden among low-income households in King County.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The estimated period of performance for the contract resulting from this RFP is April 2021 through April 2022.
