Snohomish County is now accepting applications for the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) for Snohomish County residents through August 2022.
The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program provides funds to assist low-income households with water and wastewater (sewer) bills who have been disconnected, receiving disconnection notices, or received a past due bill with their water and wastewater services. Eligible applicants can receive a one-time payment up to $2,500.00 toward their water and wastewater bills.
Currently, this program can only accept applications from residents who have their water and wastewater service with the following utility providers:
