By the end of 2022, WSI will be transitioning from Envolve to a new pharmacy benefit manager, Integrated Prescription Management (IPM). A pharmacy should ensure they have a contract with IPM. If not, a pharmacy should contact IPM by phone at (877) 860-8846, fax at (800) 476-2691, or email at pharmacycontracts@rxipm.com.

A pharmacy filling a medication with IPM will need to submit charges electronically. To ensure the proper processing of a prescription, use the following information:

ID Number: WSI Claim Number or Social Security Number
BIN Number: 014658
Rx Group Number: 8001
