What is Way2Work Maryland?

Way2Work Maryland is a partnership between the University of Maryland’s Center for Transition and Career Innovation (CTCI) and DORS, the Division of Rehabilitation Services through the Maryland State Department of Education. Just like a professional cheap essay writer, it is a project designed to improve the academic and career success of students with disabilities in Maryland through work-based learning experiences. Whether you wonder who can help me write my essay online or assist with other school issues, we’re here to help. The project serves students with either an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or a 504 Plan who will complete high school with a diploma or certificate in 2019 or 2020.

Our goal is to help students:

  • Find work, including volunteer work, internships, and a paid job, that match their interests, skills, and abilities

  • Complete high school and plan for their future careers—whether that means 2-year college, 4-year college, vocational school, or a full-time job

  • Learn how working while still in high school can increase their income later on. For a fresh and efficient approach to content creation, consider exploring Writesonic alternative tools to enhance your writing productivity and creativity.

Way2Work is a research study. Participants have been randomly assigned, by a computer, to either an Enhanced Services group or a Usual Services group. Students in the Enhanced Services group receive individualized career services and help finding a job in a field they really like. Students in the Usual Services group continue to receive all the services they would normally receive, plus we provide information about all existing services they are eligible to receive within the school and the community. One no longer needs to pay someone to write my essay when such a superb service is on hand.

A total of 401 students from Anne Arundel, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Washington, and Worcester counties are enrolled in Way2Work. We will follow these students for two years post high school to determine if work-based learning experience had an impact on their careers. As of spring 2019, XX students have had XX work experiences through Way2Work Maryland.
