How does the selection process work?

Because there are limited slots available, the IECMH-WC has developed Equitable Selection Guidelines to identify and select a group of qualified IECMH professionals with the interest and capacity to become DC: 0-5 Certified Trainers for Washington.

The IECMH-WC is committed to supporting equitable access to this opportunity, and will use these guidelines to support the decision-making process in selecting trainers from among those who express interest. The goal is to develop a group of trainers who will represent intersections of culture, geography, discipline, language, and professional experience and make meaningful contributions to the IECMH workforce.
