To qualify for the GS-12 grade level, applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade level, GS-11. Specialized experience is experience: (1) applying qualitative and quantitative methods to assess program data and information, and (2) utilizing a variety of data visualization methods and techniques to communicate findings and inform decisions, and (3) overseeing or assessing technical assistance projects in an international context.
For the GS-13:
To qualify for the GS-13 grade level, applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade level, GS-12. Interagency Coordination: Effectively coordinates between elements of the Department, US Government agencies, nongovernmental organizations, and regional and international organizations for the purpose of accomplishing an objective.
