Elaia Estiatorio, Bridgehampton: The Ultimate, Authentic Taste Of Greece

The storybook hamlet of Bridgehampton is the setting for Elaia Estiatorio, which is bringing a truly authentic taste of Greece to Long Island's East End. Together, owners Chris Boudouris and Sofia Crokos are bringing traditional Greek foods to life by sourcing local and seasonal ingredients to serve as the base for their exceptional dishes.

Drinks Before Dinner: RG|NY, Long Island's Own Sustainable Winery

Although it's not located in the Hamptons, RG|NY is definitely worth a stop for wine lovers this summer - consider it an added bonus to an already great meal ahead! Owned by the Rivero Gonzalez family, this female-led vineyard is proving that amazing things come in small packages. At least, amazing wine does! Hailing from Mexico originally, this family legacy is being carried out through sustainable winemaking, which is no small feat.

Those visiting the vineyard will undoubtedly be impressed by its low environmental impact but will be equally impressed with the quality and flavor of its exceptional wine offerings.
