1. Public Comment Registration Information

Thank you for your interest in providing public comment at TWC's Virtual Public Hearing on the 2025-2027 CCDF State Plan! Please review the following important information.

The virtual hearing will be held via Zoom on May 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. CST. Please register for the webinar here if you have not done so already.

This form is to make a request to provide public comment during the meeting and must be submitted on or before 5:00 p.m. CST on May 6, 2024.

To comply with the Texas Prohibited Technologies policy, by joining this meeting, you attest you will not connect to the meeting from a device that has any of the prohibited technologies listed here.

During the meeting, all participants will be placed on mute. You will not be able to mute or unmute your lines manually.

Each registered speaker will be limited to no more than three minutes to provide public comment. A countdown timer will be displayed on the screen for each public comment. Please silence your other communication devices to prevent feedback or interruptions during your public comment time. This meeting will stream live over the internet and is subject to being archived and made available on TWC’s website. Any personal information given in your testimony is at your discretion.
