As part of the WIT Replacement project, the following survey was designed to get your input as we develop our new case management and labor exchange system (see note below). Your feedback will inform the WIT Project team on how best to serve the WorkSource community.

NOTE: The WIT Replacement Project includes two main components:

1. Replacing the ETO case management system, used by WorkSource system staff.
2. Replacing the public facing WorkSourceWA labor exchange system, which job seekers and employees use to access WorkSource system services. The WorkSourceWA domain will not change but will still receive significant user experience, accessibility and navigation improvements as an ongoing subcomponent of the project.
