With direction from members of our MaiiC Executive Board, this survey is designed to help the industry understand where the industrial sector is as whole, how your business benchmarks to your industry peers, and will inform the creation of new diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to aid the industry's efforts.
We understand that many industrial businesses are small and have not embarked on these types of initiatives yet. That's OK. Where your business is currently on diversity targets will help inform MaiiC leadership on where we should focus our work in the future. We appreciate your time to help inform our MaiiC resource offerings during this challenging chapter.
