Purpose and Confidentiality
The purpose of this survey is to gather perspectives on IF and HOW local municipalities could work together more closely in ways that would be beneficial to each municipality and the region as a whole. The survey results will be shared with municipal and community leaders in the Villages of Caledonia, Mt. Pleasant and Sturtevant, the City of Racine and Racine County. Your participation in this survey is voluntary.
Your responses will be confidential and the survey will not collect identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address. All data is stored in a password protected electronic format.
