Thank you for your interest in bringing the Public Health on Wheels Mobile Unit to your site. The mobile unit provides many public health services including: vaccinations, blood pressure checks, COVID home test kits, HIV prevention services, child health services, nutrition education, and substance abuse prevention resources. 

Please complete the inquiry below to provide the details of your event at least 2 weeks in advance.  Please note that the mobile unit is 38 feet in length.
