Congratulations! You have been nominated to stand for election to Philadelphia's Roadmap to Homes Board!
The Roadmap to Homes (RtH) Board will oversee RtH implementation and hold responsibility for bringing diverse perspectives to decision-making, in part by ensuring regular, meaningful input from people with lived experience, service providers, and stakeholders from civic, private, and public agencies and communities.

RtH Board responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and reporting on progress of Roadmap to Homes plan implementation, heralding successes and troubleshooting as needed;
- Incorporating regular, meaningful input from people with lived experience and service providers into decision-making;
- Ensuring accountability, transparency and responsiveness to community needs;
- Using data, best practices and alignment of investments to maximize system effectiveness;
- Engaging the Intergovernmental Council on Homelessness (ICH) for cross-system leadership.

All Board Representatives must:
- Attend bimonthly Board meetings – no designees may participate nor vote in place of the representative;
Participate in at least one RtH committee or work group;
Adhere to the RtH Code of Conduct (pg. 12), including rules on conflicts of interest and confidentiality.

Once the nomination period closes, all accepted nominations will be reviewed by a nominating committee comprised of Roadmap to Homes Board members, to select the candidates who will stand for election by the full RtH membership. Nominees will be notified about whether they have been selected to stand for election by January 14th, 2022.

Anyone who signs up – for free – to be a member of the Roadmap to Homes community will be able to vote in the election.
