Your Every Smoker, Every Time Training Notification Email indicating successful training completion must be included with your completed Registry Application Form. 

Reminder: If you are a pharmacist, after completing the Every Smoker, Every Time Training you may also complete the Pennsylvania Pharmacist Association tobacco cessation trainings. If you are a dental provider, you may also complete the PA Coalition for Oral Health cessation training for 2.5 total CEUs.
