On May 31, 2023 local and regional leaders convened for a Stormwater Summit 2.0. These elected official shared lessons learned about regional collaboratives and how we can work together to take collective action on regional stormwater action goals.

On November 1 and 2, 2022 regional partners reconvened for a technical stormwater workshop. This workshop focused on co-designing aspirational regional goals, identifying barriers to these goals, and elevating planning tools that can help inform strategic stormwater investments.

In this October 2021 session, participants reconnected with voices from the Summit to further explore Tribal treaty rights and the legal relationship between Tribes and state and local governments.

Participants heard case studies where co-design has been used to center community voices in public funding decisions, policy and program development, and capital projects.

This summit explored different approaches to this ongoing challenge and asked: What are other ways to look at the problem? What does more effective partnership look like? What does it mean to put people and communities at the center? How can we define a success that benefits everyone?
