If you are currently in need of housing support, there are resources available. We have outlined some of those resources for you here.

Social Services Hub

A weekday in-person resource for people who are being evicted. Get help with document uploads, get connected with free legal aid, mediation, financial empowerment, and additional resources.

  • Location: Iron Gate (501 W Archer St, Tulsa, OK 74103)
  • Hours: Monday through Thursday, 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
  • Contact Info: Please call/text 918-218-4138 if you have questions about accessing the Hub or if you need a free bus pass to/from your eviction court date or the Hub.

Rental Assistance

If you are currently being evicted, we recommend going to the Social Services Hub to connect with our Emergency Rental Assistance team in person, connect with free legal aid, mediation and other resources (see above). 

If you are not being evicted but need rental assistance, Restore Hope is accepting applications. The process is outlined below:

  • Step 1:  Screening Call
    • Call 918.922.8282 to determine if you meet basic eligibility.
    • To qualify you need to live in Tulsa County and cannot have already received 15 months of rental assistance.
  • Step 2: Intake Packet
    • At the end of your step 1 phone call, we will request a series of information and documents which you will need to email to Restore Hope before moving to Step 3.
  • Step 3: Phone Interview
    • After emailing your Intake Packet documents, call 918.922.8282 to schedule a phone interview.
    • During this interview the Restore Hope team will verify we have all the information needed to submit an application.

Once your application is submitted we will review the application  and, if qualified, work with your landlord to make payment directly to your landlord.

Housing Solutions Landlord Tenant Resource Center

The LTRC is a resource center for pro-se landlords and tenants. We offer “know your rights/responsibilities” education, information about available resources (to include available landlord programs and incentives), and eviction prevention and diversion support. The Center also offers onsite services for landlords and tenants.

Owasso Community Resources

A weekday resource for referrals concerning rent and utility assistance.

Broken Arrow Neighbors

Providing limited financial assistance for past-due rent and utilities for people living in Broken Arrow and Coweta.

Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma

Provides a variety of assistance including identifying additional community resources.

Financial Empowerment Center

One-on-one professional financial counseling at no cost to all residents. Services are free and available to anyone regardless of income. Need help managing or reducing your household debt? Want advice on how to build or restore your personal credit? Have a budget but need some specific tips on how to better save for retirement or another goal?

Certified financial counselors are available for personalized guidance and can help you deal with a wide range of personal financial issues.
