Half Moon Bay Junior Lifeguards - Returning JG Session 2 2022
The Half Moon Bay Junior Lifeguard program’s goal is to educate the community’s youth about ocean safety and recreation. Through extensive ocean interaction, exploration, and recreation, the Half Moon Bay Junior Guards gain a well-rounded education that can be utilized on and off the beach. After every session, each Junior Guard will have a heightened awareness and knowledge of the expansive Pacific Ocean and its dangerous, yet wonderful, coastline.
All new Junior Guard participants must successfully complete swim tryouts. See website for details.
Important things to bring daily:
- Sunscreen
- Healthy Lunch
- Wetsuit
- Towel
- Hat
- JG Uniform
- At least 2 liters of water

Age requirements for this activity are between Ages 9 years to 16 years 11 months
