Description
This case alleged a violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to file annual Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) disclosing 2022 financial activity that was due no later than April 17, 2023.
At a July 27, 2023 Enforcement hearing, the Commission found that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 and assessed a total civil penalty of $2,000, of which $1,000 is suspended, in accordance with WAC 390-37-182 if the conditions of the attached Order are met.
