FEVS is Your Chance to Speak Out

Throughout May, you will have the chance to share your thoughts and opinions on key NTEU priority issues. The annual Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) gives you a chance to fight for higher pay, protect your telework program and push for the resources you need to do your job.

We need you to take the survey and answer candidly about what you need and which workplace programs matter to you. That data helps NTEU in the fight for our issues.  The results of the survey can make a difference and they are scrutinized by NTEU, Congress and agency officials.

The voices of frontline employees—your voices—matter as this is one way you get to have your say. Your answers are confidential so speak your mind and help drive agency policies so they help you. By using FEVS to report on what is actually happening in your workplace, NTEU can hold agencies accountable.

Keep an eye out for your email telling you that FEVS is now live in your agency and take action.
