Grace Meinke '23 Recruiting Profile

I have diverse interests and am looking for a well-rounded education that helps me to learn skills to be successful in whatever I do in the future. Athletics have always been an important part of my life, and I look forward to continuing in field hockey in college. Participating in sports has helped me learn many life lessons including the importance of teamwork, perseverance, grit, and discipline that I now carry into other aspects of my life.  As a goalkeeper, I've learned to analyze the field and communicate with my teammates in a constructive way. For the 2021 season, I have been been elected captain as a junior and am so excited for this leadership role! I have learned how to take constructive criticism from my coaches and apply it to improve myself. I'm so excited for any opportunities that I can take advantage of in the rest of my high school and in my future college experience.
