Many people have heard of “dry January.” It’s a time when people voluntarily forgo drinking alcohol as a way to recover from the indulgences of the holidays. And for most people, it’s a choice that’s easy to follow. But for others, there is no choice because they suffer from substance use disorder. Now there is a program to help people, especially women of newborns, find a road to recovery.
