The West Denver Single Family Plus (WDSF+) ADU Pilot Program works with homeowners at all income levels to make ADU development more accessible and affordable.

To participate you must:

Be an existing homeowner with ADU zoning in the City of Denver
Choose between one of 7 pre-designed floorplans for a detached ADU
Be able to finance the homeowner’s portion of ADU cost

Please note: The ADU Pilot Program does not convert existing structures, build attached ADUs, or support custom construction.
