Ways to Participate
Live testimony is aired during the Council’s public hearing. However, all testimony is reviewed by Councilmembers.
Public can participate by providing their comments or testimony through any of the following methods:
1. Sign up to testify live, or call 240-777-7803
2. Submit written, audio or video testimony
3. Mail testimony to the Council Office Building at 100 Maryland Avenue, 6th Floor, Rockville, MD 20850
4. Call 240-777-7802 to give testify on Council's budget
