LIMA — The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration awarded a $4 million grant to the Family Resource Center, which has received more than $13 million in federal funding in the last year to expand mental health services throughout the region. That expansion included a new clinic in Wapakoneta that opened in July.
