Pittsburgh Conservation Corps

We are the Pittsburgh Conservation Corps.

But the Pittsburgh Community knows us as Landforce.

At Landforce, we hire people who are struggling to enter the market economy, work with them on ecological restoration projects throughout our region, and simultaneously provide training and support that will enable them to find and keep good-paying, permanent jobs.

Google recently awarded us with a $50,000 Impact Challenge grant. This grant is an means for us to grow and expand in the meaningful direction of green technology. We plan to use this additional funding to incorporate training for green technologies to our programming, thereby enabling Pittsburghers from a diversity of backgrounds to work in up and coming green industries.
