Senior Proposal Strategist
Dr. Burrows is a veteran federal and commercial strategist with a focus in energy R&D, commercial start-up incubators, and government proposal capture, with over 110 publications 112 patents and 6 startups to his name. He developed the KB Science ‘5-Step Magic Proposal Process’ for grant story-telling review, and production.
