Online Community Meditation

All are welcome to online community meditation. No experience necessary. Join us for a fifteen minute break in your day to breathe, be present, and mindful. We will invite you to join in a guided meditation OR you can be present and choose what works for you. Cameras on or off. Share in community debrief and connection afterwards if it suites you. We hope to see you soon.

Host a Meditation:

Interested in having us lead a meditation for your residents, clients, or even workplace. Meditation and mindfulness sessions can be a good way to start a meeting, promote wellness, and introduce mindfulness.
