The Resilient and Real podcast, presented by the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health, provides mental health and substance use disorder resources through interviews with field experts and resilient members of the community. Resilient and Real guests keep it real and speak openly about mental health and substance use in efforts to reduce stigma, promote prevention, intervention, and recovery of mental illness and substance use disorders.
