Highlands County is celebrating their Centennial Anniversary! Visit Sebring will be kicking off the GeoTrail - Centennial Trail, Celebrating the Sebring Area - 100 years of Highlands County. This event will kick off the GeoTrail with a meet and greet event at Journal Plaza in Lake Placid. Coffee will be served.
15 geocaches will be placed throughout the county showing off some highlights of these 100 years. Log a codeword from each of the geocaches and turn in to receive your set of custom GeoTrail tags. Passports will be available at the event, but feel free to print off your passports ahead of the event at https://visitsebring.com/sebring-area-geotour/. Visit Sebring website is for the GeoTour, but includes a link to the GeoTrail. Passport will be posted to the website closer to the event. More details will be on the website and passport regarding the GeoTrail. GeoTour is still active, finish the GeoTour to receive your official custom coin.
