Reminder: Support requests submitted during business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific M - F) are responded to the same day or the next business day. For urgent non-business hour support requests, please contact the OneHealthPort help desk at 1.800.973.4797 (toll free) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
