You are invited to join the Belmont Public Schools Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion to discuss the findings from the district-wide equity audit. We are seeking feedback from the community, whether you have children in BPS or not.
If you accept our invitation to participate, here is what will be asked of you:
- Read the Equity Audit or Executive Summary to develop an awareness of current inequities in the district.
- Complete a brief questionnaire and share your thoughts about the recommendations and results before the meeting on May 17, 2022. If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to share your thoughts with the district, please complete the form.
- You can also send your thoughts via email to cwashington@belmontschools.net.
- Attend a group session with fellow participants; meetings are facilitated by Chon’tel Washington, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and an Equity Action Planning Steering Committee member.
