A dining and beverage experience. Josh Bettencourt & Daniel Cipriani honor the art of hunter-gathering and conscious farming to bring plant-forward food and beverage to the heart of the Catskills. Dandelion offers seasonally appropriate dishes and drinks with an adventurous spirit.
 

Sundays - Wednesdays: InterMezzo Menu 
5pm -9pm, Last Seating at 8:30pm

Thursdays: 5pm - 9pm, Last Seating at 8:30pm
Fridays & Saturdays: 5pm - 10pm, Last seating at 9:30pm
