TÉLÉCHARGER VOTRE ATTESTATION MUTUELLE SUR LE SITE DOCTOLIB et ATTESTATION SÉCURITÉ SOCIALE ou Carte VITALE TEMPS ADMINISTRATIF : Le temps administratif commence à partir de l'heure de rendez-vous. (enregistrement covidexpress, remplissage documents, paiements, etc.). Ce temps administratif est plus long le matin, il y a moins d'affluence l'après-midi. INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES : la réalisation de PCR rapide en 2h à 4h s’accompagne d’une facturation additionnelle spécifique à la charge de la personne testée, d’un montant de 30 €, 42.20€ à 80 € par test et par passager, payable avant la réalisation du test selon les attestations mutuelles et sécurité sociale du patient (à présenter) DÉLAI PCR RAPIDE : 1 à 4H en cas d'affluence exceptionnelle, le délai peut varier, peut-être très long. Effectuer les tests le plus tôt possible selon le délai du pays concerné. Anticiper au maximum vos rendez-vous avant votre vol pour les tests PCR rapides. En cas d'impossibilité technique ou de contrôle après le résultat indéterminé du test rapide, un nouveau prélèvement sera effectué gratuitement pour conclure. Cerballiance ne serait être rendu responsable de ce délai supplémentaire obligatoire. Important : test rapide pour tout le monde sur simple demande. PRIX : Les tests PCR classiques : 0, 12.2 ou 60 € selon le profil du patient (résident français, sécurité sociale, mutuelle, etc.). Les tests antigéniques : 0, 6.3 ou 40 € selon prise en charge sécurité sociale et mutuelle Les tests PCR rapides : 30 €, 42.2 ou 80 € selon prise en charge sécurité sociale et mutuelle PRISE DE RDV PCR RAPIDE : Il est nécessaire de prévoir un temps total de 120 minutes au plus pour obtenir le résultat de PCR rapide, et ce, à partir du moment du prélèvement. Si les créneaux de rendez-vous de test PCR rapide ne sont plus disponibles, il est nécessaire d’effectuer une PCR de délai classique (24h à 48h maximum) à effectuer dans les délais imposés par le pays de destination. PRÉPARATION RDV ET VÉRIFICATION : Selon le pays de destination, les passagers sont invités à vérifier obligatoirement le type de test requis et le délai imposé (24h, 48h ou 72h) auprès de la compagnie aérienne https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/fr/conseils-aux-voyageurs/conseils-par-pays-destination/. Cerballiance ne saurait être tenu pour responsable des changements règlementaires des pays. RÔLE DU LABORATOIRE : Cerballiance est un laboratoire de biologie médicale, notre mission est de diagnostiquer une personne malade en mettant tous les moyens et le temps nécessaire à émettre le résultat le plus fiable. Les délais médicaux peuvent être allongés. Notre laboratoire ne saurait être responsable de vols manqués par manque de résultat dans les délais des patients.
