- Feedback & Insight - The survey is an incredible learning opportunity for Dad Guild. We are a community-driven organization. We want to listen and understand what we are doing well, and what we can do better.
- Fundraising & Grant Applications - the data we collect in this survey is used for grant applications, reports, and communication with our funders. Having data that illustrates our impact is imperative for Dad Guild's sustainability.
- Program Planning - the information collected has a direct impact on what shape our programming takes for the coming months.

Dads Helping Dads.
Dad Guild is a Vermont-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that engages father figures in their caregiver roles. Our organization uses a multifaceted approach to fatherhood engagement, including activities with and without children, virtual and in-person programming, and a variety of platforms for peer support.
Since our founding in early 2019, Dad Guild has developed and implemented over 800 hours of programming, and has established a caring network of nearly 1,000 fathers, the largest of its kind in the State of Vermont.

Welcome to Dad GuildFounded in 2019, Dad Guild is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed to create a supportive network for new fathers in the greater Burlington, VT region. We offer opportunities for dads to connect with one another, share their experiences, model positive father engagement, and advocate for parental equality.
Currently, Dad Guild supports a network of nearly 800 fathers of young children across the state of Vermont, although primarily in Chittenden county. We have established relationships with dozends community partners, have connected with folks across the state, and have attracted over 400 dads to come out to in-person and virtual events. Dad Guild does not discriminate and is open to any person who identifies as a dad and/or is interested in fatherhood topics. Spread the good word. |
