Cleveland doubles the size of mental health response teams: Stimulus Watch

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cleveland City Council has approved doubling the size of its teams that send mental health officials to emergencies.

The measure, which expands the city’s Crisis Intervention Teams, is funded by $5 million in American Rescue Plan Act dollars. It passed unanimously during a Monday council meeting.
