CLEVELAND, Ohio – Aquileo Perez-Pineda made his money moving high-grade methamphetamine into the United States with semi-trailers and false gas tanks, prosecutors say.

He thrived at it, until federal agents seized a shipment of 140 pounds before it could reach the streets of Cleveland and Akron, records show.
