On May 18, 2024, at approximately 5:06 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 3200 block of Auchentoroly Terrace in reference to discharging.

On May 17, 2024, at approximately 10:51 a.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 800 block of Allendale Street, for a report of a shooting.

On May 16, 2024, at around 12:14 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a call for a walk-in shooting victim.

On May 15, 2024, at around 2:30 p.m., Warrant Apprehension Task Force and Eastern District Patrol members arrested 19-year-old Montay Brown.
