How is DOT addressing certification for tribally-owned (not individually Native-owned) questions regarding “personal net worth” as most tribes will exceed the individual upper limit?

In my state we certify the individual companies own by the tribe, not the tribe even though they are tribally own.

Frankly, most tribally-owned corporations are very astute as it relates to Federal contracting. The DOT DBE program is not conducive to tribally-owned corporations for an array of reasons, but let’s keep trying to figure it out! Thanks for hosting this.
