You only report funds spent during the period? Not incurred right, We have a HIP project that is still in on-going construction. Usually construction invoices have a 30-day trailing period from work performed, and another 30-days for Tribal Finance to post expenses.

Is it corrects that an approved LRTP , or TIP is not required to Expend HIP-CRRSAA Funds?

Can a HIP- CRRSAA funds be spend on a new right of way survey for a new road which is not on or LRTP or TIP?

Is it an eligible expense to purchase new equipment with the HIP-CRRSAA funds?

So, CRRSAA is only reported under Financial report and TTP RM under non-construction?

What is the timeline to spend and report HIP-CRRSAA funds? what if our projects goes into 2022?
