The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance and the National Network of Depression Centers are working together to better understand the effects that living with depression and chronic physical health conditions have on older adults’ whole health. A major component of this work is the following survey designed to uncover research areas that are important to the community.

This survey is funded through a Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) Eugene Washington PCORI Engagement Award: EASC-23195.

Survey results will be part of a final report provided to PCORI that identifies gaps between what the community identifies as research needs and research that has been completed to date.

Results of this anonymous survey will be shared with PCORI, research funders, and researchers in academic centers.

We greatly value your perspective and the time and energy you invest. Your responses will help to shape future research and care options. Please feel free to share the survey link with others who may be interested in the topic of living with depression and chronic physical health condition(s).
