Reed Integration, Inc. Founder and CEO, Becky Reed, and her husband, Steve Waddell, CEO of Nasoni , received the "Champion of Community Impact Award" from the SBA Virginia District Office today! As part of the SBA's 70th Anniversary celebration, the District Director of the SBA Richmond District Office, Carl Knoblock, presented the couple with the award at the Reed Integration/Nasoni office in Suffolk, VA. The 70th Anniversary celebration focused on married couples who own successful small businesses and give back to the community by supporting other entrepreneurs, start-up companies, and other small businesses. Congratulations to Becky and Steve!

Reed Wins the Advanced Distributed Learning Contract w/ USCG! Suffolk, VA— May 2023 —Reed Integration, Inc. (Reed) was awarded a $14.3M, 4-year contract to provide Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Support Services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Force Readiness Command (FORCECOM) Training Division. Creating A Learner-Centric Organization ADL is an approach to developing learning and performance support solutions driven by the latest in learning science combined with networking, communications, and technology. Through the ADL contract, Reed will support USCG’s transition of their training system into a learner-centric organization that provides on-demand access to quality learning and performance support products. This effort is part of the Modernized Ready Learning initiative being undertaken by FORCECOM. Reed experts will analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain FORCECOM’s ADL product line.                 The ADL Support Services project will be managed by Mr. Aaron Waters, a retired USCG Captain. With more than 25 years of experience in leadership, human performance improvement, and program management, Mr. Waters offers extensive expertise in managing the development of training and learning solutions for the USCG.
