UniteCT Appeal Process

This form is for clients appealing their case for the following UniteCT programs:

1) The Eviction Prevention Fund
2) Moving Assistance Program
3) Workforce Rental Assistance Program

Tenant should reach out to their Case Supervisor or Call Center (1-844-864-8328) to get their questions answered. 

Stop. This form is to appeal a decision of a previous case. 

If the tenant wants to start a NEW case to receive security deposit assistance, they should first find a new landlord willing to work with them. If the tenant has a new landlord, and they are eligible (check eligibility criteria here), then they may call the Call Center to create an application. The Call Center's number is 1-844-864-8328
