The PennDOT Engineering District 4 Traffic Bulletin has now resumed for the spring 2024 construction season and will continue until the 2024/2025 winter season. The PennDOT Engineering District 4 Traffic Bulletin advertises current and upcoming travel restrictions scheduled on state-owned highways in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming counties. The Traffic Bulletin is updated in real-time during normal business hours. Please note: The schedule is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that stormwater improvements are planned next week on several state highways in Delaware, Bucks, and Montgomery counties under a $14.9 million project to upgrade stormwater management facilities on more than 90 state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing Route 28 bridge inspection work in Etna Borough, Allegheny County, will occur Monday through Tuesday, April 1-2 weather permitting.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced it will reduce traffic at the Flemington Bridge along Route 150 near Lock Haven to a single lane Thursday, April 4, and Friday, April 5, for final paving operations. Work to preserve this bridge, which spans Bald Eagle Creek in Bald Eagle Township, started in June 2023, and will improve the overall condition rating of the structure from fair to good.

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that bridge construction is scheduled next week on U.S. 1 and Rockhill Drive under a $116 million project to reconstruct, widen, and improve a three-mile section of U.S. 1 in Bensalem and Middletown townships, Bucks County.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing a single-lane restriction on I-376 (Parkway East) in Churchill Borough, Wilkins Township and the Municipalities of Penn Hills and Monroeville, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, April 1 weather permitting.
