LCM Non-Project SEPA checklist form

The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is seeking public input on a draft State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) checklist for the Legislative Campus Modernization (LCM) Global subproject.
When commenting, please be specific and identify what page, section and subsection of the SEPA checklist you are referencing in your comments.
Please provide comments by Sept. 19, 2022.
Review the checklist.

1. Are the SEPA documents complete and accurate?

2. Do they provide enough information to analyze likely environmental impacts?

3. Do they identify mitigation measures to avoid adverse impacts?

4. Is the evaluation and Determination of Significance supported by findings and conclusions?

5. Are there alternatives that address the proposal’s purpose and need?

6. Do you have additional comments on any of these environmental elements?
