In order to apply for this position please fill out the information below. We will call you to discuss the program and do a brief interview and will let you know if you are accepted by May 9th.

3. Do you agree to attend weekly trainings in May and June to learn about prevention issues and then 1-2 trainings each month for July and August?
You will receive up to $600 for participation in the 4 month program. Trainings will be on Tuesday evenings. 6:30-7:45pm
