At Step Out Buffalo, we’re all about supporting women, so when we hear Buffalo being recognized for a women owned business, we’re here to tell you about it.

A recent article from Unearth Women is recognizing women-owned hotels and restaurants for inspiring a difference in New York State tourism.

Among the 10 businesses featured, is Buffalo’s very own Park Vue Soul Food.

The article states, “Comfort food reigns supreme on the menu of Park Vue, a soul food restaurant at the edge of the city’s Schiller Park. Mother and daughter owners Harrita West and Schenita Williams yearned to try their hands at being restaurateurs while creating a welcoming place for their community. In recent years, the restaurant was featured on the Food Network’s show, Restaurant Impossible.”

If you haven’t been to Park Vue, here’s you call to support local, support women, and enjoy some mouth watering comfort food!
