Health Awareness Campaigns

The George Washington University (GW) Cancer Center's health awareness campaigns (previously known as social media toolkits) are available to assist partners in communicating about cancer risk reduction, cancer care, survivorship, and annual health-related observances throughout the year. Content is intended to be evidence-informed and is reviewed by subject matter experts from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The campaigns can be used by public health professionals, cancer control professionals, cancer centers, coalitions, and community-based organizations. We encourage you to adapt the content for your unique audience and areas of expertise. New campaigns are being added regularly, so check back often. Find out when new toolkits or resources are released by subscribing to the Cancer Control TAP E-Newsletter.
