Our mission is to develop a community-driven effort that provides information on current software, datasets, and data analysis results

The Metabolomics Association of North America (MANA) committee for Software and Data (SoDa) Exchange began in 2019 to assemble and promote sharing of informatics resources among the broader metabolomics community. This website is the main interface to implement ideas on how to link datasets, software and researchers. One of the core component is to collect rich information about informatics resources so powerful query interfaces can be built that can enable researchers to find and compare datasets and software. Listed datasets can be used for teaching, bench-marking, validation, meta-analysis and mega-analysis. Another key aspect is to collect analysis results submitted by users for cataloged datasets, allowing gaining new biological insights into datasets. Transparency is critical for a FAIR data analysis, therefore data on all stages are collected and interlinked with primary and derivative data outputs.
