Welcome to the 2023 Open Enrollment Train-the-Trainer for Plan Year 2024! Continuing our mission to EDUCATE, ENGAGE and EMPOWER our employers, while you navigate through the 2023 Open Enrollment period and plan for the 2024 Plan Year. The 2023 Open Enrollment Train-the-Trainer Module is designed to provide our Benefits Professionals employed or contracted with SHBP Employing Entities, supplemental guidance to the Educational Tools and Resources in the Employer Section of the SHBP Website.

Employer Educational Tools, Resources, and additional information related to the SHBP Employer Refresher Training Modules may be accessed in the Employer Section of the SHBP Website to assist with the successful management of employee data and membership healthcare coverage.

Empower your employees to View & Make OE Elections online 24 hours a day/7 days a week in the SHBP Enrollment Portal from October 16 - November 3, 2023.
